Conns Conns Appliance Center Conns Cons Consumers-Deceptive Trade/Does not honor warranties San Antonio, Texas

I purchased a 42 inch LG TV from Conns just before xmas dec 2010. It turns off by itself though it is not in sleep mode and does not always play during RGB input when linked with my computer as it should. It also has an annoying shadow of fuzz outline to it.

I have attempted to have it repaired for months. At first they claimed they were going to exchange it. Never happened. I see that they have already had a class action against them back in 09. I'm not waiting on another class action. If there isn;t one on going. I've drafted up a pro se lawsuit and I intend to file it, They have committed blatant violations under the DTPA and I intend to hold them accountable. If there is a class action pls let me know before I file this suit. Hopefully mine will be filed by early next week. I'm also sending a copy to Greg Abbot, the BBB also. I don't understand how this company think they can operate with impunity. They'd done this to the wrong consumer this time.

They have also in a separate matter violated the deceptive trade practices act regarding their contract and financing. 

I just secured the domain name for the website I am launching www.noconns.com which will be solely dedicated to exposing these suited bandits and putting conned consumers in touch with each other. I refused to be a victim here. Join me! Stop talking about it and do something! A facebook and twitter page is forthcoming also!
