My boyfriend and I were lied to about the timeshare we bought in Las Vegas, Nevada. The seller and the manager promised that our maintenance fees would never go up because of certain money that was invested. My agreement to sign this contract was based alot on the fact that the manager said this.

We signed papers for the timeshare on Nov. 30 2007. I have called many times saying that I was lied to about maintenance fees. We have not used the timeshare at all because of all the other fees that will occur.

My ripoff is that I was lied to in signing a contract and obviously many other people. Maybe these conversations should be taped but then they won't rob so many people. To me this is a breach of contract and I should be able to get out of the contract. If not other people should know what this company is all about lieing!
