Consolidated Resorts, Inc Tahiti Village Soleil Lv Soleil Management Lied, Unfair Sales Practices, Overcharging on all fees Las Veags, Nevada

My wife and I had the same bad experience with Tahiti Village starting in February of 2009. We went to the sales pitch and after telling them no 5 times they brought a nother guy in and offered us a bucnh of free vacation that were BS and gave us an offer that was to good to be true. We paid the closing costs and sat there for hours and hours and finally had our nighmare of a time share. About a month after we were at home we got a bill for all of the closing costs that we had already paid and were told that our maintenance fees were now due. After a long call to them and some arguing we ended up paying our closing costs again because the initial costs were something else I guess. We also paid our maintenance fees that we were under the impression were once a year. The about 3 months later we were billed for maintenance costs again. Another call and they said that the first ones we paid were for half or some BS story needless to say we paid them again.

Then 3 months later we get another Maintenance cost bill and these are all in addition to the payments that we are making. Well at that point we were frustrated and with no way of getting out from under the time share without ruining your credit, we decided that we needed to get rid of some credit cards and things that we could no longer afford because I had just lost my job. We had to go into bankruptcy and are still in the process of doing that. HUGE LESSON LEARNED HERE NEVER AGAIN WILL I GET A TIME SHARE OF ANY KIND. This was supose to save us so much money per year, but I can tell you one thing with the over $4,000 that we spent in only six months of owning this time share we could have had on hell of a room in Las Vegas for a weeks worth of vacation. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE STOPPED. IF ANYONE READING THIS IS THINKING ABOUT GETTING ONE DON'T DO IT!!!!! They should let you think about it for awhile and let you research it before you buy, or it is an unfair sales concept and ends up screwing peoples lives over.
