We contacted this company via email and purchased a mailing list of waterfront property ONLY. When we received the list, it included multiple property listings as well, which we didn't want. We had to go thru maps and find the listings ourselves because this company didn't comply with our wishes. We wasted precious time and $475....BEWARE IN DEALING WITH CONSUMER BASE, LLC.
