Consumer Telecom is a long distance phone company which engages in the practice of contacting unauthorized people in the home and getting them to switch your long distance carrier. They do not check to see if whom they are speaking has the authority to change the carrier. They will not drop the charges which are billed by your local phone company and if not paid to them, they will cut off your phone service.
