Consumerbill Consumerbill made unauthorized checks to my back account to draft fees for service I never heard of or agreed to Internet

I applied for payday loan and next few days I got 49.95 drafted out of my checking account by consumerbill. I did not agree to any service they had. I never heard of this company, I had no phone number to cancel whatever they said I signed up for. By the way, the check was Fake (it was not one of mine) they drawn up. I used online chat with this company to request refund and cancel any other fees I did not signed up for...I was told I would receive a check within 30-45 days ( I am still waitiing). A few weeks later, I receive another draft for 39.95 so I went to their website to access oline chat was was told same thing....I would receive checks for both fees in 30-45 days. I AM STILL WAITING!
