Core Payment Solutions Royal Source Solutions Signed up for Affiliate Partnership Program for $195. Supposed to get referrals from businesses for credit card business. Still being charged $19.95/month for web site usage Tempe, Arizona

I signed up for the affiliate program in March 2010 and received a starter kit.  I read the material and saw the videos and then faxed my first referral.  It was supposed to be posted on "my office" on the web site that I was to pay $19.95/month for.  It never was posted.  After a while I tried to contact the customer service number.  It had a message that said due to technical problems they would be available on the 15th of April.  I tried several other times after the 15th and got the same message.  Finally on May 5th, after hearing the same message, I wrote a letter and cancelled my association with them.  I still am getting billed for the web site.  I have since tried to call any of the phone numbers associated with them and all have been disconected.
