Corsair Memory Rebate Runaround Fremont, California

On November 26, 2011 I purchased Corsair RAM from Fry's Electronics because of a rebate they were offering.  On December 18, 2011 - I followed the instructions on Fry's Rebate Receipt to pre-submit the rebate. This was the process:

1. I had to go to Frys.com/Rebates, enter in the promo number from the receipt.

2. Then Fry's loaded a PDF page with directions on how to submit your rebate and directed me to Corsair's Rebate website and another promo code

3. I went to Corsair's website, entered the second promo code from the Fry's PDF page only for it to say "We're sorry we are unable to locate the rebate offer you searched for.
Please check your information and try again."

4.  I did this a few times just to be sure I did it correctly.

Now I see on their page that I had a chat option so I decided to proceed in that direction.  I opened a chat window with an "Enmanuel" who then asked me for the second promo code and said that he was able to find it in their system and to print out the rebate form.  So I then told him that I could not access it from their website so what are my other options.  He told me again to print out the rebate form and so I told him again that I could not do that because Corsair's website is telling me that rebate does not exist.  He then subsequently ended the chat with me.

I'm baffled by the terrible business practices Corsair is allowing.  I've made a video recording of me trying to access the rebate form, a photo of Fry's Rebate Receipt and a screen shot of my chat session with Corsair.  I've al soemailed Corsair regarding this matter with all the evidence and will also be calling them later today, but I feel as though I won't be getting this rebate since it seems like they are planning on giving me the runaround until my time runs out on when I can submit the rebate.  Please do not buy another Corsair product.
