Cosmetique SENT MERCHANDISE I DID NOT RECEIVE DAYTON Ohio

Received a box from Cosmetique also. Did not order anything from them, so I did not even open the box. Took the invoice which said I owed $9.95 and wrote on it that I did not order and refuse this shipment. Sent it back to the company almost 2 weeks ago. Got the box back today and had a label on it from the company telling me I needed to pay $5.00 shipping charges to send back to them. DON"T THINK SO!!!!!!!!!!!

After doing some reseach, which I should not have had to do, I found a 1-800 number. Called them and they told me they are some new company and someone MUST have turned in my name so this was my complimentry gift (which they want me to pay for). And I will receive a new shipment each month for $25.00 each. I told her to delete me off their list I do not want anything from them. So if you have received this "NICE COMPLIMENTRY GIFT" you better call 1-800-621-8822 and make sure they CANCEL your shipments.

This is a very big rip off and it is very frustrating that I had to do the work for something I did not want.
