Arnaldo Bonilla the Costa Rica lawyer who took over the Costa Develers Co. from the previous president, after the Co. failure to deliver on its agreement to supply a lot on the Reserva ( central pacific ) project - fully developed.
In some casses lots without title ( deed) were used in a Bancoredito funds application as colateral, customers paid for the lot and have no titles, others have the title document, but the project is only partially developed (no power lines or water ).
All co. phones disconnected and Mr. Bonilla just diappeared from the face of the earth, he had no guts to let the purchasers know as to what is going on!
Buying in Costa Rica, be exteremly carefull, buy only a build up property, using a good reliable law firm!
