I purchased a lot from Costa Developers in Costa Rica for $150,000 in the "Reserva" project on 02 May 2007.  The infrastructure, according to the "Contract For Purchase," was to be in place within twenty-four (24) months from the date of the Reservation Agreement.  As of today, 14 August 2014, the infrastructure including roads, water, and electricity connections to each lot are not complete.  Per the "Contract For Purchase," the Seller is in DEFAULT for failing to complete the infrastructure.  So far I have paid $137,500 to Costa Developers.  Phone calls to Costa Developers have gone unanswered.  Emails to Costa Developers have gone unanswered.  The Costa Rican Lawyer, Arnaldo Bonilla Quesada (Abogado Notario), signed the original Contract For Purchase. Arnaldo Bonilla Quesada later became the CEO of Costa Developers when the previous CEO, Jorge Jorge, left employment at Costa Developers.  If anyone knows of a good lawyer who can assist in this case please let me know.  If anyone knows the details of the lawsuit which has been filed against Costa Developers and/or Arnaldo Bonilla Quesada, please let me know.  Thank you.
