Costway Fraudulent Return Process Ontario California

I purchased some products, two sets of dining chairs to be precise from Costway, a third party selling through Walmart. When I told them that I wanted to return their products, they first tried to make it impossible and refused to return my calls. I sent them emails informing them about returning their products. The first reply I received from them stated that they would deduct $40.00 from my refund. when I asked them to send me the return labels, another person responded to my email asking about the reason for the refund. I responded and informed them that the quality of their products didn't match the description on their website. Another individual replied my email to explain the reason for the deduction which they stated was for mailing the items.

I again asked them to send me the return labels so I could return their products. I received yet another email from a different individual asking for pictures of the products and when I sent them an email complaining about the whole process, they asked me to mail the products to an address they provided at their warehouse in CA. I found the lack of customer service and communication very disturbing. It cost me almost the sale cost of their products to return their items through USPS and when I tracked the return, USPS stated on their website that Costway refused to accept the products. It's very clear to me that Costway have no intentions of refunding me my money and they have made this a very frustrating experience for me. I will appreciate it if your agency can investigate, report and handle this issue so that Costway will be exposed for their fraudulent acts.
