C.R.C Will not cancel my account. Houston Texas

First of all, I signed up for their service with the intention that I was going to save money. But now that a few months has passed by, I wanted to cancel my account because of my financial crisis as of right now.

Yet, when I called them all they basically said was that they could lower my bill and that's all they could do. I specifically told them that I want to cancel my account and they flat out said they couldn't.

I'm really outraged and mad that they can't cancel my account because they do not have the right to just say no. Basically they said if I'm not satisfied with their service, I can cancel with no obligiation.

However, even with all of that they still won't cancel my account. Please help they are taking money I can't afford to give anymore.
