C.R.C Contracting Inc. (Adrian Schwantz) No payment to general contractors Barrie Ontario

Adrian Schwantz of C.R.C Contracting Inc. or might possibly be also known under A.R.C Renovations - also on a podcast on Spotify called The Construction Life has a bad rep for not paying his general contractors on time and in most cases, not at all. He over promises and under delivers with his projects and puts his GC’s last when they do all of the work. Not only does Adrian spend most of his days on the phone while his hard working GC’s put in all efforts with blood sweat and tears with little to no breaks, he is disrespectful, in some cases even inappropriate at times that make their GC’s uncomfortable. As a contracting company, I cannot say anything poorly about their services, but I highly recommend not working as a general contractor or employee of this / these company’s.
