Credit Acceptance is under many class action suits in Ohio and many other states. Their people are rude, untruthful and will repossess your vehicle and keep your personal possessions. Their actions should be criminal.

I am having to file bankruptcy because after 4 years they decided to garnish my wages and would not even work out a pay arrangement. Their attorney firm they use are also under class action suits.

Bottom line. Avoid this scam company at all costs.

Not a Scam

AUTHOR: coast - ()

POSTED: Friday, March 28, 2014

Finance companies are not required to honor requests to alter the terms of a loan. Your vehicle was repossessed because you defaulted on the loan. Now your wages are being garnished to pay for a vehicle you no longer have. You were not scammed.

So just how delinquent were you

AUTHOR: Robert - ()

So when they reposessed your vehicle..just how delinquent were you?

As for the rest of your report.  Sorry but "rude" is not something you can sue people for.  Perhaps you can point out these many Class Action Lawsuits they are under.

Oh and how about instead of avoiding this company..how about just paying what you made a legal agreement to do so in the first place.
