do not get a loan through these clowns. They start calling the day before your payment is even due, at 8am! regardless if it's sunday. Then call once an hour until you answer. Once you answer the phone (again the day before your payment is even due) you have to answer 50 questions on why you havent paid yet today! Huge scam, ridiculous rates, rude even hateful customer phone representatives...worst experience ever and this is my 20th car loan in life...wlorst experience ever!

Now comes the embellishment! We've seen it all here before. You have a credit score of 999,999,999, own half of New York City and make more money than the GDP. You are just so generous you decided to give CAC a donation!

First off any issues with the rates is something that you should have considered before you agreed to the loan, afterwards it just becomes a case of Buyer's Remorse.

But somehow I don't think we are getting the full story here. Companies generally have enough issues trying to track down people that are truly delinquent. So one does have to wonder what your definition of "due" is and why are they so anxious to contact you. I would bet that you are actually not paying on your "due date", but perhaps trying to pay with their "grace period" or "penalty date" where you are paying it before you get assessed any late fees. If that is the case then you are still considered "late".

Also, one needs to wonder if this is your 20th loan, why are you still with a "Sub-Prime" lender? Obviously it isn't because you have a great recent payment history with those loans or other credit obligations you have.

You wouldn't have ended up with this subprime lender if you wouldn't have screwed over other creditors! No banks with a lower APR would touch you, wouldn't they? Oh poor baby, their bill collectors are calling you?

Maybe you should pay on time! What is a scam is when you SERIAL DEADBEATS sign a contract promising to make on time payments then you fail to do that and of course, it's always somebody else's fault! Oh yes...now's the time to write back saying "you must work for them"! What a real piece of work!
