Flagship Credit Acceptance Flagship deposited a check from damages done to my vehicle after involved in an accident and now they won't pay the body shop as they stated they would it's been 8wks chaddsford Pennsylvania

My vehicle was hit in my driveway bye my local Sheriff's department. Damages totaled $1,634.65. My bumper and headlight was completely broke and damage. It was only going to take two (2) days to fix at the body shop. Due to the car being financed the check was made out to myself and flagship. I signed the check and overnighted it to them with tracking and it had to be signed for. Well 8wks ago they signed for it but, it never showed online as deposited nor could a representative from flagship explain where the check has gone. The state of Louisiana is now checking to see where the check was deposited and charges will be pressed. Well Netty for claims at Flagsh* was the one who spoke to the Finance manger and Accounts payable from the Sheriffs department and also explained the process to them. The check was endorsed, copied and sent overnight by certified mail w/tracking to flagsh*. The body shop was instructed to email Flagsh* a tax form, three (3) pictures once my vehicle was fixed and the final bill was ready then they would cut a check to the body shop and everything wasting go back to normal... Well my vehicle was fixed and now it just sits there 8wks later cause flagsh* does not see were they accepted a check, deposited and even said they would never instruct anyone to list them as a player on a claim when damages are involved from an auto accident. I wasn't even in the state when the accident happened, I come home to an undrivable vehicle.. A HUGE INCONVENIENCE!!! So, now this has turned into a nightmare I'm ready to drive to Pennsylvania and go off on someone. As a chemo patient thus is very hard to not have my SUV in my driveway. So screw FLAGSH* AND ANYONE WHO SUPPORTS THEM..
