I got a car loan in from Navigator in 2010, who transferred my loan to Flagship Credit Acceptance in 2011.  I have had multiple issues with flagship, and have talked to multiple customer service reps, accounting reps, ect...

Most recently, My 5/25 car payment was returned nsf, I called Flagship to pay them with my debit card.  I was told since my payment was returned, my auto draft was discontinued, and I needed to pay my 5/25 payment as will as my 6/8 payment with my debit card. I did this, got a conf # and everything.  One week later, my 6/8 payment auto drafts from my acct...yes, the auto draft that I was told was dc'd, and the payment I already paid with my debit card. I called 1-877-201-1331 and discussed the matter was told, i needed to talk to customer service about my problem. The top of my bill says this is customer service, but none the less, I called the other number 1-877-201-1333. This person told me, well your payments are caught up and there will not be another payment due until 7/5, since you paid an extra payment. They said, "We're not sure if the auto draft is still on, just wait and see if the payment comes out"....really???  Well, lo and behold, the payment that I was told would not come out of my account, has come out again!! This loan will be paid off in December....I can't wait. I have had auto draft since day one, sometimes accounting runs my payment and sometimes they dont. I get a call when they don't run it, stating"your payment is past due, we need a payment". Well I'm on auto draft, you guys should run a payment every other week". " If you're on auto draft, why have we not rec a payment"? I don't know, you tell me, the money is there!! A few years ago I missed a payment, because I was not given an address to send my payment when Navigator turned my account over to Flagship. I was under the impression my auto draft would follow my account to the new company.  I was charged late fees and harassed by a supervisor who did not look and see that I had never missed a payment until my account holder changed. I would not recomment this company to anyone. I was told Flagship does not handle Navigator accounts, but the name Flagship appears at the top of my bill. I am so confused, and so are they. Problem still not resolved....don't know who to talk to now.
