I bought a used car in 2017. They charged me way too much in intrest. Every time I make a payment it charges me to use the pay by phone service. I still owe over $10000 on it. I am pissed that they are charging such a absurd amount of interest.

Why Are You Dealing With Them?

AUTHOR: The Dog - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, March 07, 2019

They aren't "over charging" you on interest, because that APR is what YOU agreed to pay. This is a subprime deadbeat lender and if YOU wouldn't have paid other creditors late, YOU would have qualified for a much lower APR bank loan. If YOU have made late payments to them, YOU caused EXTRA INTEREST to accrue. If you don't want to pay a fee for phone payments, then pay on the Internet or set up recurring payments where there usually is no fee. Of course, you will need to be sure you have the money available on the day of the recurring payment. Something tells me you won't like that option either. (Golly, I wonder why?). By the way, this is the time where you can write back saying, "you must work for them"!
