I had originally applied for the service a month ago and after two weeks of not hearing from anyone called to find out that they closed my case because my debit card could not be charged for the sum of $69.95 and therefore informed them to cancel and don't worry about processing me for their service. This was June 16th. On July 5th they charged my account for $69.95 and $54.95 and upon my calling them on July 7th was informed that I should have sent an email to follow up the call and because of that I was charged these fees. I informed the speaker that I never got the service and therefore since no one communicated with me I had to call them to find out my charge was declined. I informed the person that I was never contacted and he said " I can pull up where we called you" I said no one called me and he called me a liar. I told him I wanted my money back because it was not suppose to be charged and I was told forget it. I was told to send an email to cancel my service so I did so because I should have never been charged. CAUTION to anyone wanting to deal with a credit repair company, don't fool with Credit Bureau Experts because they have poor customer service and lie through their teeth just to steal your money. I never got service and was charged $124.90 for service I did not want and never got. BEWARE.

Final Refund

AUTHOR: Rev. greene - (U.S.A.)

After fighting with this group of misfits, I finally got my refund. It's been a long and hard battle but finally some justice. This has been a stressful event.

You Can't win with CBE

AUTHOR: Rev. greene - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 04, 2008

I received an email from the BBB in Florida who state that CBE claim that I was refunded yet my bank still says nothing was credited. They also claimed in one comment that I was trying to get another refund. These folks can't get their stories straight. I again renew my offer for a Class Action Suit to shut this company down. They should not be in business.

Let's Get together in a Class Action Suit

AUTHOR: Rev. greene - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 19, 2008

Anyone who has been a victim of this firm that call themselves Credit Bureau Experts, lets join together in a class action suit against this firm and put them out of business. I think this group is totally out of line, today this joker Gary called my office and threatened that they are suing me because I spoke out about the scam they pulled with me. I ask anyone else who has been victimized by this firm to join me in a class action suit as I am going to counter sue them in Federal Court.

Completely Misleading

AUTHOR: Rev. greene - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, August 18, 2008

I contacted my bank and was informed that No refund has ever been issued by Credit Bureau Experts and that they have stalled on answering to my complaint which according to the bank is typical of these con-jobs. Go ahead Mr. Harris and sue me because I am prepared to counter sue you on the grounds of fraud. You have not refunded my money and my bank statement shows this. Your a constant liar and don't know the truth. I did contact your company on June 23 to ask why I had not heard from anyone and at that time was told they cancelled because my card was declined. At that point nothing was ever said about sending an email to cancel what was said cancelled by your own agency. According to the AG of Florida I am not the only complaint they have had about your company. I have also filed a complaint with other agencies because of the lies you have been stating to mislead the truth. Go ahead and sue, I have an attorney too and will file a suit against your firm and prior to doing so will also go to the press and warn others of your fraud. I asked to see the 19 emails that you claim and I have received not one. I asked to see the bank statement and again nothing. I have documented proof of what you have done. Your company has NEVER tried to contact me and your fabricating your statements because you don't like the truth. My next complaint will be the FTC and the Florida Consumer Affairs office. I will mail them all the documents that I have to show your lies for what they are at face value, LIES. Your company has not just done this to me but to others and I ask anyone who has been a victim to join me in a class action suit against you. I am serious.

My original contact with CBE was on June 16th via their website, after not hearing from anyone I contacted them on June 23rd. David Harris is attempting to confuse the issues. Then why did he claim to the BBB in South Florida that I received a refund which never came. Mr. David Harris is the one having trouble distincting truth from fiction. Get your lies straight Mr. Harris.

#5 UPDATE Employee

We have proof that contradicts every lie Mr. Greene posts here.

AUTHOR: Cbexpert29 - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 13, 2008

We are an honest company and Mr. Greene is right about one point. We did charge him $54.95 not $34.95. That was a typo on my part.

Mr. Greene claims in his original complaint that he originally contacted us on June 16th. That date has now been changed to June 23rd. In his BBB complaint he claims to have contacted us at the beginning of June. Mr. Greene didn't enroll in our program until June 17th.

We have proof in the form of a company bank statement showing a credit was issued to Mr. Greene. We have yet to respond to Mr. Greene's bank dispute. How could Mr. Greene's bank inform him that we were challenging his bank dispute, and that we have not sent back a credit, if we haven't contacted his bank or issued a challenge to his bank dispute as of yet??? See Mr. Greene's Quote below.

I called my bank to verify this information and was told that Mr. Harris and his company have disputed the idea of refunding my money and no such refund was forthcoming from them.

I believe the term Mr. Greene used is appropriate for the above quote: Bold Faced lie.

The South East Florida BBB closed Mr. Greene's case because his complaint has no factual basis and we were able to prove that. Mr. Greene is worried about us challenging his bank dispute because that too has no factual basis. Mr. Greene did receive a refund from his bank and then demanded a refund through a BBB complaint.

Yes we will challenge his bank dispute because again, like his BBB complaint, and this complaint it has no factual basis.

We have record of 19 emails sent directly from our billing system to Mr. Greene's email address (that he put on file with us) asking him to contact our office regarding his payment. The first notification was sent on June 17th and the last on June 30th.

We have a very strict policy about canceling for our customer's protection. Here is how it works; a customer request cancellation. Our representatives (under strict supervision and company policy) must tell the customer to send an email to: cancel@creditbureauexperts.com and to include their full name and the last four digits of their Soc. Sec. #. This email address is directly linked to our billing system. When an email is received at this address the customer is automatically removed from our billing system and sent an automatic confirmation.

If Mr. Greene had in fact called us to cancel and followed our cancellation instructions prior to being charged he would have this automatic response, with a confirmation email dated prior to his billing; with his copy as proof. He evens says he canceled over the phone outside our cancelation period, Federal Law gives 3 days we even extend it to 5 days. So in fact even though he did cancel on July 8th,2008 he is still responsible for the work we completed on his credit report.

We invite anyone reading this report to test our cancelation email address: cancel@creditbureauexperts.com , include the phrase 'Test Rip Off Report' in the subject line.

Here is the bottom Line:

Mr. Greene enrolled in our program on June 17th, 2008. He ignored several notifications to contact our office regarding his account. Once he was billed the money he owed us then he decided to contact us. Mr. Greene is upset because he had to pay for services rendered that he himself requested. He also attempted to use the BBB as a blackmail tool to receive a second credit to his credit/debit account that he previously received.Nothing in Mr. Greenes complaints are factual other than my previous typo.

As a matter of principle we are considering hiring an attorney to sue Mr. Green for his outright slander of our company. So we caution you Mr. Greene be very careful of what you post here or you will indeed hear from our attorney's very shortly.

Dishonest Business

AUTHOR: Rev. greene - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 12, 2008

I received a response from the BBB of Florida to my complaint about this company and in it Mr. David Harris an employee or owner of this firm claims that I received a refund of the money taken after I filed a dispute with my bank. I called my bank to verify this information and was told that Mr. Harris and his company have disputed the idea of refunding my money and no such refund was forthcoming from them. This is the BBB response from Mr. Harris, which is a deliberate and bold faced lie.

Company's Final Response to BBB Complaint
Company's Final Response - Posted 08/12/2008
Mr. Greene did a bank dispute and a full refund was issued by his bank. Now Mr. Greene is threatening us in an attempt to receive another refund of money he already received. We are thieves and he is a victim????? Unfortunately in our business we have to deal with some dishonest individuals that never have any intention of paying us or any of their creditors for that matter. We ask that this case be closed.

This company needs to be put out of business and answer for their lack of integrity. I think a class action suit is warranted.

Companies Response Totally Bogus

AUTHOR: Rev. greene - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, August 08, 2008

I never heard from this company until I called them to find out that my file was closed due to my card being declined. I called them on June 23. I told them since that was the case just cancel. This claim that they called me or that they sent me 19 emails is a bold face lie. I NEVER heard from this company after my initial contact with them and it wasn't until July 5th that I learned of their taking this money from my account. They took a total of $124.90 from my account, one transaction was $69.95 and the second was $54.95 which they claim they took $34.95 plus the $69.95 and I have documented proof. I contacted the company on July 7th to find out that I had to send an email to cancel but this should not be the case because I was told the account was closed due to my card being declined. I am contacting the Attorney General of the State of Florida and the Florida State Police because this amounts to Deposit Account Fraud. I never received any services from this company and therefore they have no right to keep money when they informed me on June 23 that the account was cancelled due to my card being declined. This firm is dishonest at best.

Credit Bureau Experts Are Liars

AUTHOR: Rev. greene - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, August 08, 2008

I received from the Florida BBB a copy of the response from this firm which stated they contacted me by email 19 times which is a fabricated lie. They claim that I didn't contact them in June to find out that my card was declined and therefore my account was cancelled. The person who respnded claims that I received services from them for the amount of money taken. He claimed that they only took $69.95 and $34.95 which is a lie. I have documented proof how much they took from my account. I think this company should be shut down for unethical and illegal practices. They lie and fabricate information to attempt to keep my money. What a bunch of crooks.

Claim reported not even close to accurate. We have a file and everthing in writing.

AUTHOR: Cbexpert29 - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, August 07, 2008

We provided Mr. Greene with the service he requested online at our website on June 17th, 2008 at 4:58AM.This customer's statements are far from the truth. He states he contacted us a day before he enrolled to cancel his service. He also claims to have enrolled at an earlier date and waited for contact from our company. We authorized $1 to start his enrollment on June 17th, 2008.We also ordered his credit reports and started investigations on his Experian credit report. We sent this customer 19 emails and made several phone calls asking him to contact our office regarding his enrollment fee of $69.95 and his monthly fee of $34.95. These emails and phone calls went unanswered by Mr. Green. Once we were able to capture the payment due on his account this customer decided to contact our office. If this customer did call to cancel his account he would have been told to send an email to cancel@creditbureauexperts.com.That is the follow up email to his call that this customer is speaking of. He was not charged fees because he did not call us he was charged because he owed us the money for services rendered and enrolled in a paid monthly service.

Bottom Line:

Customer enrolled in our service and ignored several request to contact our office. He did not want to pay for the service yet he enrolled himself in a paid service.
