Credit Collection Services CCS reported to TransUnion that I had not paid a $99.91 bill to Quest Diagnostics. The report from CCS made my credit score drop. Newton Massachusetts.

CCS reported to TransUnion that I had not paid a $99.91 bill for services from Quest Diagnostics. The report made my credit score drop so I paid the bill only to find out after the fact that the service was provided to my son, not me. CCS should get the correct reporting information before screwing with someone,s credit. I should not have to defend myself because of CCS ignorance and irresponsible actions.
