CREDIT DIAGNOSIS - OURSAVINGSCLU - PMIDENTITY - PRIVACY MATTER Unauthorized transactions misleading marketing Internet

i signed up to recevie a free copy of my credit report. i was unable to view my credit report, became increasingly frustrated with the log in process that I no longer wanted to pursue obtaining my credit report. Since the time were I logged in attempting to gain access to my credit report, i have had numberous transactions against my account. 3 transaction each for 1.00 and the latest were 2 transaction each for 29.95, from CREDITDIAGNOSIS and privacy matter $ 29.95. I contacted credit diagnosis was told that they automatically charge my account a monthly charge even if I don't sign up to view my credit report monthly. I was given what I beleive to be a bogus story that they are going to credit my account in 2-3 business days, then when I asked about additional charges taken out of my account, I was abruptly hung up on and I do not beleive that it accidental. My account is know in negative status and checks are currenltly written against that account that could know bounce and I will incur additional fees. I am extremly upset and disappointed and do not have $$$ to have withdrawn from account as I am living pay check to pay check and have 2 small children at home.
