This company credit diagnosis in Des Plaines, IL charged my account 1.00 more than once on the October 14, 2008 for this service I never requested. Called bank and filed police report. A week later I get two letters in the mail from this company and a company called Your Savings Club. The letters had the exact same address. Different phone numbers and account numbers. Layout was the same. One was selling credit reports. The other discounts to different restaurants, movies, etc. I called the number for each company and canceled these accounts through an automated line. I don't know how they got my banking info but I am hoping the police and or the fraud department at my bank can catch them.
