My Fianc and I shopped for a few months to find the perfect wedding ring, when he saw a ring at Crescent Jewelers that he liked he took me to the Buena Park Mall and I fell in love with the ring. It was a 1 1/2 caret wedding set for $2,000.00. We financed the ring and took it home that night. We paid off the ring and got married about a year later.

I wore the engagement ring for about a year and then I wore the wedding band with it for 6 months, when one day I looked down and saw two of the diamonds were missing from the wedding band. When I called the store they said we didn't purchase the optional warranty. I told them that we were not offered any warranty at all. The manager at Crescent Jewelers said that the assistant manager was the one that helped us and she was positive she would have offered us a warranty. I know for sure if we had been offered one we would have purchased it.

So I took my ring to a different Jewelry store to have it fixed. I was going to have it fixed for around $500.00. When the manager at this different store looked at my ring with the magnifying loop she noticed that not only had two of the prongs snapped off of my wedding band and two of the diamonds were gone. But the whole engagement ring band was cracked. I was heart broken, when I looked at it with the magnifying loop, I could see two cracks, one on each side of the ring just before where the diamonds start. My ring, the one we got married with was a piece of junk, I am still heart broken, nothing will ever replace the ring we got married with. I was faced with having to get a new one.

I did pick out a very pretty ring at this new store, they gave us a great credit for the old one, but we still have to pay about $1,700.00 extra. So instead of having a ring all paid off we now have to pay on another one. It just so happens this new store does have lifetime diamond replacement for free, and an optional policy you can get on the gold, if anything ever happens, you can get any part of the gold fixed or the diamonds replaced for free. We are very happy to now have a wedding ring set that is fully covered, if anything ever happens to it. But nothing will ever replace the ring we got married with.

Crescent Jewelers does not stand behind there jewelry, Crescent Jewelers sold us a piece of junk!
