Crossmark no longer pays for your time you spend on the computer after each shift. They require you report your time and fill out a survey of the product you demoed, and they used to pay us 15 mins to get this done, now you no longer get paid for this time. And sometimes this take more than an hour due to the companies slow website.

They also require you to use broken or damaged unsafe equipment to demo with, ground prongs missing, etc.

Crossmark is a company that seems to care more about their bank account than the safety of their employees.

They are not required to be inspected by the health dept either, so EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK. I have seen the soap and sanitizer not working, meaning the dishes were being washed in plain water. They have no problem breaking the rules but at the same time expect you to walk a thin white line.

Crossmark couldn't care less about you as an employee.  Moral is the worst, the people you work with are contantly compaining about the treatment by the company, this creates a bad work environment. In the past we have had a boss that smoked marijuana, and several employees that threatened others with deadly force, yet no one was fired. These demo teams woth in Sams and Walmart and go largely unsupervised by the company, there is one person in charge of 20 or so employees, and often theses supervisors are the biggest rule breakers. And don't even think about calling employee relations about any issues, they act like you are wasting thier time.

For example out former supervisor came to work high and sent an employyee to buy pot on her lunch break. We tried to report this to the company several times and by several employees, nothing was done, not even a drug screen. THEY DON"T CARE! As long as the demoes get done and repoted on time, thats their only concern.
