Crums Climate Control Worst Customer Service Ever!! Maitland, Florida

I would like to report the worst customer service experience I have ever had.  A year ago I purchased a brand-new A/C system from Crums Climate Control.  The system has never kept my house cool and in one year on a brand new system I have had no less than four service calls.  The first service call was for water leaking from the unit that damaged my dry wall.  This problem was related to improper installation of the unit.  The next service calls all had to do with the system leaking freon. 

Each time the technician would claim to have fixed the problem but the system continued to leak freon.  Finally at the last service call I was told that the lines feeding into the system had cracked and that was what was causing the freon to leak.  I was also told that I would have to pay to have the lines replaced since they were not replaced when the system was originally installed.  I did some research on line and discovered something very interesting.  I upgraded from a smaller capacity A/C (2.5 ton) unit to a larger 3.5 ton unit. 

It turns out the lines for a 3.5 ton unit are larger than the lines for a 2.5 ton unit and the pressure from a 3.5 ton unit on the smaller lines is what caused the lines to crack and leak freon.  I called Crums over a week ago and explained this issue to a woman named "Susie" she told me she would have to speak to the owner and get back to me.  I have called her three times in the past week and she is always unavailable to take my call and has yet to return my calls.  One other thing never let a Crums Technician use your bathroom the only thing worse than their ability to repair an A/C system is their aim!!!
