Crums Climate Control RIPOFF! Over a year & no paycheck !! Where's my money Mr. Brian Wrong? Winter Park Florida

I worked for Crums Climate Control in 2008 at their Winter Park office as a Receptionist / Customer Service Rep. I was hired by Brian Wrong, the owner.

I have never been paid for the time I worked there. I received a W-2 from Crums in January 2009. The W-2 showes they deducted Social Security & Medicare taxes from my paycheck, BUT - - they never gave me MY paycheck for working for them !!

I have written to 2 times now, (Jan 21 & February 16) & sent copies of their W-2 they sent to me, enclosed a nice letter including my phone number and address so they could contact me - - BUT I have received NO REPONSE to date. That's just NOT RIGHT.

I mailed one of the letters "ATTN: Mr. Brian Wrong" (the owner). I even wrote "It is my hope that your 'non-response' to my first letter was simply an oversite on your part. Again, I am requesting that a check be sent to me . . . . " BUT it seems clear to me now that this wass no "oversite" and Crums has no intention or interest in paying me for my work - at $8/hr you'd would think that he would "do the right thing" & pay his employees for their work.

Are there other employees out there that been not been ??

Greg White (the General Manager) are you still there? If so, please help me - - I was never paid !!
