Custome Built Personal Trainging/ Pure Results Personal Training, Shut down, closed, ceased operations without notice;
the company continued to withdraw funds from my bank account, even after they closed, it has been 30 days and still the company has not provided an alternate training location nor will they answer their phones or answer any emails.

still no refund 2/12/2014

CBPT did imply that they would refund on 2/4/2014.
CBPT explained that they could not refund back to the credit card they originally charged and they would have to do the refund by check, but due to the large volume of refunds they are giving because of the abrupt closure of their Ocala Location they ask to be patient and allow another 30 days for the check to arrive.
As of the 12th still no refund. Will update again "If and When" a refund check is received.

We are working to find a resolution for this gym location, CBPT apologizes for the delay. It is difficult for me to assist this client if I do not have her full name. The only Nicole I was able to locate at this location was refunded on 2/04/14 for all of the unused sessions. If further assistance is needed for this client I will need additional information to locate her account.
