Custom Built Personal Training Ceased Training without my knowledge, hasn't responded to calls or emails. Hollywood Florida

I have been a client of Custom Built Personal Training for a full year. I train 3 times a week and signed a contract. The payment is automatically deducted from my bank account every month. I had no issues with the company until this year 2014. 

On Jan. 5th I get a call from my trainer, she informs me that she heard from another employee that CBPT is no longer working at my location. The next day I go into my regular gym, at my regular training time and ALL of the CBPT office supplies, training equipment, computers, and personal files were GONE. I speak to the front desk clerk at the gym (youfit hollywood, fl) and they cant give me any answers, direct me to a corporate phone number for CBPT.

I imeadialty call... Its an automated thing, press this number for this.... one says "if you are a CBPT client who trains at a youfit gym pres 2" I am then sent to another recording stating that CBPT has worked (in the passed few months) to work in "extra" training sessions to use up clients remaining sessions on file. This I was never aware of, never offered. The recording goes on to say as of dec. 31st CBPT has CEASED ALL training at youfit locations. NOW... why... if they ceased training on dec. 31st... WHY would I not hear anything. Again, this day being jan.5th!! The recording directed me to a youfit@custombuiltpt.com email, stated if I had any questions emails would be answered within 48 hours. 

I have since emailed AGAIN, and have also called again this time when I called I received a "mailbox full, this member cannot receive messages" recording. 

Today it is jan. 15th!!!!! I STILL have not received a phone call from CBPT, or an email explaining what happened. 

BAD BAD business. And of course the automatic bill pay pulled out today, so I'm paying for services I'm not receiving!!!!! 

Unbelievable!
