Customer Support Miami, Florida I called three times and got the same man, different name. Alonzo aka Michael. My card has been charged twice since 8/11. They will charge you again. Said the company name was Fraud, credit card, $49.50 scam, charge, raspberry, weight loss Miami Florida

I called three times after having two $49.50 mystery charges show up on my chase debit card statement. I got the same heavy accented man, different name. Alonzo/Alonso  aka Michael. He refused to give the company name. I was very persistent, the just Said the company name was "customer support". I asked for what company, he said over 100. I said start listing them.

He would not give me a supervisor with out me providing more information, yeah right. Wouldn't tell me who he worked for or represented. Just that the company name is Customer Support and they're located in Florida. Provided an email address that reference "SSF support " but would not tell me what SSF stood for. Report them,don't wait for them to return your cash. They're scamming all kinds of other unsuspecting people in the mean time and will likely never return your funds.
