I bought a computer package through Video Computer sales offered on Discovery tv commercial. It was not a cheap package. I also paid for extended technical warranty.
Now that I need the help, I tried for days to get ahold of cybermax. There is no technical support and when you call customer service or any of the other numbers provided you get only busy signals or ringing constantly that then goes into busy signals. This service was suppose to be available 24/7.
Upon investigation on the web, I found many complaints about cybermax. Some saying they werent in business anymore. I am extremely upset and devastated that I cannot get through to anyone who can help me. I even contacted the Video computer store and sent email. No response.
I sent 3 emails to cybermax from their web page addresses and all came back undeliverable.
Thank you

I Purchased a Cybermax computer from the Video Computer Store as Advertised on TV with a zip drive upgrade after a few days I noticed That the zip drive was faulty. I called the number given in the literature and got an imediate response. the drive was replaced with no problems. This was Jan 2000 since then I have had no problems other than a few crashes. To date every thing works as well as it did when purchased.
