CyberMax Computers Inc. ripoff from ripoff business from hell New Jersey

I bought my system from a co-worker that hooked me up straight from the company I thought I could eliminate the middle man and save a few dollars.. boy was I wrong when my computer arrived I paid the UPS man a money order of 1300.00 and some change, and opened it up and tried to turn it on and it lit up but we got no picture.

so I called the number provided and I did talk to someone there about the problem, they said it sounds like the video card was bad and needed replaced. so they sent out a technician to do the job. and aprox. 2months later, the mother board crashed I had been trying to call the company since then because it was under warranty and can not get thru the line and when I do get a ring, then no one answers the phones.

I had been trying for 3 years now. and I have finally given up and am now replacing it from the bottom down at my own expenses. I sincerely hope that someone out there does an full investigation on this company and ask them if they sleep okay at night knowing that they ripoff hundreds if not thousands of people in this manner.

I have moved since then and somewhere I do have the numbers to call them again, but figure why write to them anymore or waste anymore of my time calling or trying to contact them because, I know that they would never answer me again, or care of what they have done too me or any others out there. thank you.
