Alhtough this computer was well made and there were no hardware problems the computer was sold to me with an operating system that was not activated.  Several attempts were made to rectify the problem with no success. Cyberpowerpc techsupport requested information and photos of the software and stated the software was the correct version.  They would not accept the multiple attempts to reinstall the recovery disk to correct the problem which always resulted in not activating the software.  Microsoft was each time referring me to the Microsoft Store to buy a product key.  The computer was working well but the software was not valid.  Fortunately I could return the computer to the store from which it was purchased.  After realizing that techsupport was going to linger further I decided to remedy the problem and just return the computer.  I did this with no problem returning the desktop.  I had read several critical reviews on the internet of course but Cyberpowerpcs website only publishes positive reviews.  This site however provides a true picture of the problems encountered with their products and support.  If you get a good computer that works properly you will be fortunate.  I've purchased many computers in the past and never had the problem of the company not providing solutions rather than wanting just more information and photos of their software.  I understand the reason for verification but Cyberpowerpc seems to put the customer on the defensive rather than wanting to provide solutions or correcting problems.  This was handled strictly by email and I'm certain that interacting by telephone would have been a nonplus experience.  Anyway I'm providing this review

with the intention of advising the consumer of potential problems other than hardware issues.
