I bought the cybersonic toothbrush system. I didn't think the items did a very good job so I returned them and waited for a refund. 4 months later I am still waiting. I have e-mailed them numerous times and am always given the run around or told it is being taken care of. The phone lines are impossible. I guess everyone else is having the same problem too!

Thumbs Up To Cybersonic!!

I am the owner of a cybersonic toothbrush, I have had mine for a year now. I liked it so much I bought one for my Mother, Father and son. Furthermore I have received perfect check ups from my dentist and he wanted to know what I was using to brush my teeth with, I told him cybersonic toothbrush and he couldnt believe a electric toothbrush could do that well. Who is this guy to say he had problems with it, did he even give it a chance it does take a while to get used to but once you do you can see a major difference in your teeth and if you ever use a regular toothbrush after that it just doesnt even come close and I gurantee you will throw away that regular toothbrush. One final note when the cybersonic is sent to you it comes with a return label if you have to send it back and you have to call cybersonic first to get a return shipment number before you can return it, so then make sure he has atached the label and received a return shipment number and with all this he should recieve a refund shortly.

I also have purchased the system. I love it and have no problem with the toothbrush. My problem is I have lost the number to the company and need to contact them for replacement brushes. When I first ordered the system the sent me replacement brushes. My credit card was stolen shortly afterwards and was replaced. The card they have to ship me my replacement brushes is no longer any good. I need to contact them so I can give them my new card number. Can someone out there help me?
