CyberSonic toothbrush is fraudulent ripoff business that screwed others too. San Diego, Califiornia & Internet, Nationwide, USA

During the early months of 2000 I purchased a Cyber Sonic electrical toothbrush via telephone. The toothbrush came with two toothbrush heads, two vials of bleaching solution, and a lifetime gaurantee. Within the first six months of use, the toothbrush completely stopped working. I took action by returning the toothbrush by way of certified mail to the manufacturer for either a replacement or a full refund.

A year and a half later, I am still waiting for a response from the company Cyber Sonic. Over the years I have attempted to contact them over the phone to speak with a customer representative and have e-mailed them with my complaint, both times I have been unsuccessful.

My credit card is currently being charged every three months for replacement toothbrush heads and cleaching vials. I have contacted my credit card company and asked for a block to be placed on these products and was denied because they said I needed speak with the merchant regarding this complaint.

Whatever help you could provide in straightening out this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and help!!!
