Dan Nelson Supercenter Harass!! disgusting and filthy Des Moines Iowa

Just wanted to let people know that they should not even consder walking in the doors if this place!

I called there and talked to a gentleman and he told me to come down. I went down there with plans to visit family. We got there at 2:00 p.m and we left about 6:00 pm. When we got there they had us fill out a list of ten people that we new for refernce and we didn't have a phone book. When we got threw all the paper work they took me out to look at the cars. See the deal was I was going to trade my car for a different one.

Well, They wanted me to trade my 97 taurus for a 90 dodge shadow. We test drove a couple cars and the seat on both of them would not go up enough for me to touch the pedals. The interior in them was disgusting and filthy.

The man kept on insisting on us driveing more cars, eventually we had to tell him we had to go. I had told them that I wasn't interested in anything that they had there and they had told us that they would get ohold of me as soon as something that I would be interested in would come in. By god he was calling me on the phone the next week. I didn't have to call him back so I dropped him a email saying that I didn't have a down payment for a car at the point. He has called and is still calling me, I bet he calls me at least 5 time a week! I'm scared to answer my phone. He even emails me. He has also sent me a joke a little unprofesional for a car sales man. I'm thinking I should just give in so they would leave me alone. Does anyone have any advice!
