Darling Eye Center Dr. Catherine Darling Asbrey Overcharged and overbilled Hilton head island South Carolina

 In 2017 I needed new glasses. I went to darling eye center at 576 William Hilton parkway on Hilton head island SC and saw Catherine darling asbrey -optometrist. She was 45 minutes late for my appointment and rushed through exam. She showed me the most expensive frames and I bought a pair of nautical frames. I was told that my insurance would cover the single lenses only to be billed $560. I contacted business and they refused to work with me (informing me they had not checked my insurance ahead of time.). Highly unprofessional, over billing clients and piss poor customer service. Owner is a scam artist who promises discounts if you leave her positive reviews. Run don't walk from this business.
