Watched tracking of item until delivered. Said it arrived and it did not. Contacted them again, they said they gave me the wrong tracking number. Waited and it said arrived again. It was delivered to Conway, Arkansas. Contacted them again, again, and again. No response. They will not return my requests to solve problem. No other way to contact them except internet/ email. It appears I out the money. Disappointing.

Dav Beauty Care I purchased a body pillow that was a Christmas gift. It's is 1/28/18 and received the pillow, but I do not want it, and I am trying to return it.
