I urge everyone who gets contacted by this so called real estate agent to beware of his con artist tactics. We trusted him and signed a contract with him then regretted it. He showed us few homes and expected us to sign a contract for them even though they didnt meet our requirements. We missed a few good homes that we may have bought while this agent was wasting our time. He also conned a dear friend of ours into buying a home that is infested with black mold in basement, many many safety issues and a failed septic system with massive repairs being needed. His tactic is to lie, pressure, push and deceive you into a contract just so he can make some commission. I hope he gets sued very soon and lose his license to practice real estate.
