David Evans of Many, Louisiana promised me a credit card service for my small business.  The contract cover letter read:  No Monthly Fees (Fees only 4 % of sales), No Cancellation Fees, Free Credit Card Machine.  I did not even need the service since I am Mobile DJ.  He showed me a "wireless cellphone credit card machine" that he said I would ship overnight and come help me set it up.  I never heard from him again and have been charged from $45 to $135 a month for over 6 months.  I contacted NorthAmerica Bancard 250 Stephenson Hwy. Troy, MI 48083 Phone 1-800-226-2273 and was told I had signed a 2 year contract and could get out for over $1,000.  I was also told if I stopped allowing them to draft my acccount they would put it on my credit report and sue me.  The customer service lady was rude and told me she had a contract that I signed and that was that even though I have yet to make any credit card transactions.  David Evans wife posed as his secretary and said she would have him call me which he never has.  Her name is Angie Parker Evans.  Her cellphone number is 337-202-8255.  I have left her many messages and she no longer returns my calls.  She has a facebook and I have messages from her from months ago where she promised to end my contract and return all my monthly charges.  She is a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant.  Feel Free to contact me.
