Anyone looking to buy or sell a home please do yourselves a favor and stay away from this guy. His only interest is to make a paycheck for himself regardless of your home buying needs. He will lie, sugarcoat flaws, cheat, rush and pressure you into signing a contract and buying a home no matter how bad of a condition the home is as long as he makes his commission.

I bought a home recently through him where I was pressured, lied and rushed into signing a contract and important documents, getting me to purchase a home that is overpriced for its conditions, unsafe, has multiple building violations, is a fire hazard, has a failing septic system, foundation problems, mold and rot in basement, water seeping in basement, unknown well water condition and needs massive amount of money to fix. Unfortunately David was my agent who had his own agenda in this deal and sugar coated all the flaws, lied and rushed me through the whole process, and made me sign a due diligence that was supposed to be 10 days reduced to 5 and then kept haunting me to sign it in 3 days so he can close the deal and make his commission, not giving me enough time to go through the inspection report and get repair estimates. He did the same thing with a close friend of ours and tried to pressure them into buying homes they didn't like, they cancelled the contract with him. He would show you a few homes then expect you to buy one of them, regardless of its conditions and if you don't he tells you that you're wasting his time!

This guy should not be a realtor, he claims integrity yet has none. Don't get fooled by his lies and get you to buy a home that your family will regret and spend massive amount of money fixing it. He only works for his interests, not yours.

David Evans Selfish realtor who cheats people when buying a home

I bought a home recently through him where I was pressured, lied and rushed into signing a contract and important documents, getting me to purchase a home that was overpriced in its current conditions had multiple flaws that he hid, was unaware of the septic system, foundation, possible mold if any, unknown well pump condition and needed massive amount of money to fix which I had to pay for renovations. Two Sides to Every Story

AUTHOR: David Evans - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 15, 2017

There are two sides to every story and I worked very hard to serve this client's family needs to the very best of my abilities and in good faith given the time and criteria constraints combined with a limited supply of homes on the market.  I am sad that there seems to be no way to continue to work together to specifically address and reasonably solve each and every specific concern raised and instead he has taken to the internet to attack my character.  The property he purchased was sold "As Is" and an inspection was performed with a report delivered to him for review within 3 days during the agreed 5 day due diligence.  The accelerated 2 week from binding agreement closing date that drove the whole schedule was selected by him to meet his family needs.

Adnan's original all 5 star review for the same sale of this exact same property in Zillow:

"After wasting time with 2 previous realtors for past 2.5 years I gave David a chance to find me a home of my requirements which were tough to meet, in under a month Any realtor can show you homes whats available on the market but it takes a skilled agent like David to find homes that arent even listed and find the home that meets your family's exact requirements, since every family has different needs and wants. Give this guy a chance he will work for you whether you're selling or buying a home, a competent and professional agent like Dave is hard to find!"

Then a few days later he changed his whole mind about the experience and subsequently his review in Zillow and now is posting subsequent reviews like this one.

You could have exercised patience

You wasted your time and money on a home inspection and then purchased the home prior to obtaining repair estimates. That was not a wise decision.

You knew there were issues yet you buckled to high-pressure salesmanship. Now you are suffering from a case of buyer’s remorse.
