david joel pasternak lied to me, lied to a judge so that he could sell  my house, that was lien and debt free when he became receiver,  and then keep all the money from the sale. He PAID HIMSELF  $110,000. paid attorneys for the city $60,000. paid the contractor, boric of santa ana, $70,000. and paid the realtor, phil seymour of beverly hills, $20,000. my loan was enough to pay these fees so that I COULD KEEP MY HOUSE. he also paid $25,000 for a line of credit from california bussiness bank, at 8 1/2 percent interest. all of which money originally belonged to me. I was paid NOTHING from the sale.
 
HE also has caused me to be homeless now since feburary 14, 2011.

This is constitutionally illegal according to a supreme court ruling. I need compensation for the wrong that david joel pasternak has caused in my life, and for causing the death of my pets.

DO NOT ALLOW david joel pasternak to use his authority to rip off individuals by his being appointed as receiver, and then lying about his duties so that he can use his receivership appointment to disobey the law.

SCREWED, BLUED, AND TATOOED by david joel pasternak, aka receiver.
