I can call david joel pasternak names by constitutional law and it makes no difference. The fact is since david joel pasternak was assigned as MOTHER (.............ER.) to my property, my life has become homeless, disturbed, and depleted for 2 years with his discusting tactics that he used to take and sell my house without justification or regrete. I appeal, and it was dismissed as to final remedy to the original law suit which was dismissed after my house was sold and the attorneys were paid, leaving not one PENNY FOR ME FROM THE SALE..... In a different case that david joel pasternak was given, the judge only allowed david joel pasdternak $350.00 per hour instaed of the $550,00 per hour that I wasd ordetred to pay him.  And his assistants were only allowed to be paid $250.00 per hour with his helpers being allowed $50.00 to $1750.00 per hour.   This would have reduced the amount that I was charged by $30,000 to $50,000 for the recievership fees.  HOMELESSNESS ORDERED BY THE REQUEST OF THE RECEIVER david joel pasternak? Look again at the disorganized work of this NONSENSE, david joel PASTERNAK, PASTERNAK, PASTERNAK, PASTERNAL, PASTERNAK, PASTERNAK.......
