On November 10, 2010, I responded to an ad by David Peters for a CD entitled Photoshop Domination Volume 1. I proceeded through the website to checkout. The price was $24.95 and I paid it with Paypal. The Paypal receipt came back that the money had been paid to a company called "8services."
The problem was that I never got a confirmation of the order and I never received the product. I have tried numerous times to contact David Peters, aka Photoshop Fast Track and 8services. My e-mails to Peters come back as undeliverable and 8services simply doesn't answer my e-mails.
I cannot find phone numbers for either David Peters or 8services. However, I do find addresses for David Peters and a Michele Peters at 2425 Lenticular Dr, Spanish Springs, NV 89441 and a business address at 1285 Baring Blvd, Sparks, NV 89434.
I am mainly looking to contact this company to resolve this issue, but I am unable to do so!
