Scammers.  My first oh oh was after reading the insert the night the package came and they started the 14 day trail the day it was shipped only leaving me 5 days to try product. Then started reading the "fine" print and saw they were going to charge me automatically $79.95 plus $4.95 S&H thirty days after receiving product, UNLESS

I called their office to receive an RMA  number and return the unused portion of the product.  Well I started calling the next morning and the first time I was on hold for an hour.  Then I called back immediately and took the option of leaving my name and phone number for a RETURN CALL BACK within 2-3 hours from when I left my info.  Within 3 hours passing I did not hear from them I left another massage for them to call back. Still no call back.

That happened on a friday.  On Monday I called their office at 9:15am kept getting a busy signal.  Finally one hour later I got into their voice memo to leave another message for a call back and their MAILBOX WAS FULL.  That was my second oh oh. 

It also confirmed my gut feeling because on Friday night I called my credit card company because I wanted to flag this company to stop any other charges.  They told me all I could do was close my account which is what I did.  They other thing I did when I started calling this company was document what days and times I placed my calls for future ammunition to fight this battle to show I did everthing I was told.

 Credit card company also recommended sending the product back certified return receipt to show I had proof of mailing it back even without the RMA number, which is also what I did.  Always have proof to show credit card company you made every attempt to satisfy what company asked you to do that way they are at fault for not doing their part of the bargain.  Clearly not returning phone calls is their fault. This gives you the info to dispute the charges on your bill.

Although I Strongly advise anyone dealing with this company to CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT to stop them, I believe they are very sly and know all the ways to steal your money from you on your credit card.
