Someone had fraudulently used my credit card info to order products from this company and, having notified them of this, they responded that the order would be cancelled right away. Needless to say, I had a charge from this company on my credit card posted the same day.
I cannot contact anyone from this company via email as it is a computer generated response (donotreply@naturalsourcestore). When I spoke to someone on the phone (at my cost), I was assured that no charges would be incurred, but they lied. I do have the email that they sent to me though, saying that the order was cancelled and that no charges would be processed on my credit card.
Do not deal with this company. You are only asking for trouble. One hand doesn't seem to know what the other hand is doing.

I have received a response to my complaint from this company in which they included an email address that I could contact them at but on attempting to do just that, the email address they supplied was invalid.
Short of calling them at the phone number that they supplied as well, at my expense by the way, I don't know how to contact anyone at this business.
What sort of business would give out an invalid email address if they were sincere in their efforts to correct their error?
I reiterate that this doesn't seem to be a honest way to conduct business.
I still don't have a refund, either.
