When you order a book from DBS, they charge a "membership fee" and a recurring monthly fee without making this clear on their website. I didn't know any of this until I got my Credit Card Statement. The claim that they send an email with this information when you place an order, but, if they do, it is skillfully hidden.

There is no street address available for this company -- only the city and state.

Fortunately, my Visa card company, Wells Fargo questioned the charges and called me. The card has been cancelled, so DBS can no longer charge me these unethical fees.

Stay away from this company !
