Dealextreme ,Hongkong sold tools not working and no good for use in the country sold to and no reply to my complaint Hongkong Internet

Myself and a friend bought tools from the Internet from Dealextreme with a promise of quick delivery, One week, the also give a price promise to beat any other company, the tools arrived one month late,not working propely, and the tool was not useable in Spain, The tool is for opening locks, I am a builder and my friend is a locksmith and we had planed to use the tools in our work, The add says for all dimple locks, (The most common in Spain )

My friend owns a hardware store specializing in all typs of locks used in Spain, But the tool sent would not fit any lock he had in stock, we also found out the same tool was for sale on other sites at almost half price, we have sent 6 or 7 e-mail to them and was given a track number to see the progress of our complant, but when we looked at dealextreams forum (Feedback) there are so many complants we knew we would get no reply,

The company also have demos of some of the things they sell on (youtube ) we have had no help at all from dealextream and they are still selling this and many other things that dont work or good for the use sold for,We have also tried to put our commplaint on the forum and have had 5 out of 6 removed, The forum is surposed to be independent, I dont think it is, can you help please ??
