I have not heard anything further regarding my initial reports of fraud in this matter. My bank did make contact with JPMorgan Chase and I also wrote a letter to them on 2/8/08 with absolutely no response.
I feel this bank is just as much at fault. With the numerous contact and calls made to them within a time period of a few days, they should have immediately been suspicious and done something!
I have also made several phone calls to them and get absolutely no where. Does anyone have any further ideas as to how we can find out information on this scam??
