January 20, 2008 google search led to Dealonice.com for a Nintendo Wii, ordered one on-line.
January 23, 2008, $269.79 was transferred from my bank account to Soyer, LLC, account # 753622729 via wire transfer. Soyer's bank is JPMorganChase NA., 2155 West Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084, presumably a reputable, reliable financial institution.
To date I have rec'd no confirmation from Soyer that my money has been rec'd or that they've shipped the Wii. I've had no response to several emails (orders@dealonice.com). I have repeatedly called their sales assistance number, 800-490-2188 only to reach a recording advising they are closed and to call between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

On Jan 30, 2008 my bank tried to recover my money. JPMorgan Chase bank informed my bank that the account accepting my funds was a restricted account that accepts deposits but denies withdrawals so there is no way fro them to get my money back.
On January 30, 2008 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Detroit and Eastern Michigan in Southfield MI. They acknowledged my complaint, said they would write to the company and will report back when they hear from the company.
